Gourmet Pepper Flakes are a mix of hot and super hot peppers grown in my garden to create a unique but flavorful blend of heat that will knock your socks off!

Carolina Reaper, Scorpion, Habanero, Cayenne, Aji Pineapple and more. These pepper flakes have a great depth of flavor from the various varieties of peppers that are used that can't be found in store-bought pepper flakes. A pinch will flavor an entire pot! Be sure to use just a pinch to start and wait a moment though! The heat definitely builds.
