Black Thai Pepper Seeds

The Black Thai Pepper is a medium heat pepper that doesn't have the intense upfront heat of other the other Thai chile types. The peppers are about 4 to 5 inches in length and a quarter inch wide. They ripen from green to an almost dark black color, if left on the plant long enough, they turn red. They can be grown as an ornamental, they have a nice sweetness to them as well! They are great in stir fry or can be used to flavor oils and sauces. They're great dried and used in rubs also. It's a very productive plant.
