Fire in the Hole is my take on that classic vinegar-based hot sauce we all grew up with, but fuller, richer, and made with real ingredients you can taste. I keep it unstrained so the peppers and garlic stay in the bottle where they belong, giving you flavor, body, and heat without that sharp, overpowering vinegar bite.

Made with homegrown hot chili peppers, sweet peppers, garlic, apple cider and white vinegar, lemon juice, paprika, cumin, dried mustard, and smoked salt I smoke myself, this sauce hits that familiar Southern tang but with way more depth.
